Egyptian Grand Mufti issues WMD fatwa

Good times when the Grand Mufti issues a fatwa on the use of WMD. This is a bit old, but considering the Egyptian government did not sign a non-WMD proliferation agreement in late May, one could wonder whether they will be looking to buttress Iranian influence with a little deterrence of their own.
